The Boys to Champions Gentlemen’s Club is a program for boys of all ages that was developed unders Youth Matter Inc's TROOPS TO YOUTH® initiative. Youth Matter Inc. calls the Troops & Concerned Civilians that provide service in TROOPS TO YOUTH® initiative Champions. They are Champions for volunteering their time to be of service to youth, both boys and girls.

Through the Gentlemen's Club, the activities are coordinated are based off of the different age groups. Within the program, there will be mentors for the young men. These mentors will focus on being influential supporters for the boys as well as a wise, trusted teacher for them.

Amongst leisure activities will be a step team and music related projects to keep the young men engaged and active within the program. Life skills training will also be a focus.

Initiatives such as interviewing workshops, proper etiquette, and dress and appearance will be things that will benefit these young men in future endeavors.

The mentors will play a pivotal role in the success of these young men in developing into future leaders and successful Gentlemen within this program.
